File Specifications

We prefer Press Ready PDF files. Press Ready PDF files must have all fonts and images embedded. All color should be CMYK mode (spot/Pantone colors are not allowed.)

Images should be 300 dpi minimum. Please turn bleeds on when exporting to PDF. All crop marks/page information should be offset by .125".

We also accept the following formats: Macintosh Adobe Illustrator CS4 or earlier (with all type converted to outlines & support images in CMYK format), Adobe Photoshop CS4, Adobe InDesign CS4 or earlier.

Files created in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher need to be save in a PDF format. In older versions of the software, this is done through a drop-down box in the print screen. In newer versions, a PDF is created through “Save as”. A free plug-in is available if needed.
