From Waikiki

a left on King St., and a left on Bethel St.
Parking
Public parking is available by the City & County of Honolulu at Chinatown Gateway Plaza: enter on Bethel Street between King and Hotel Streets. The entrance is on the left right after the Island Insurance building, and goes underground. For the first 2 hours, parking's just $ 0.75 per half-hour.
There are also a variety of municipal, public, and private parking lots nearby in the downtown/Chinatown neighborhood, marked for your convenience on the map below. Wal-Mart also offers two hours complimentary parking with a $10 purchase; the entrance is on the right-hand side of Bethel Street, after crossing King Street.
Street parking is also available, but limited; and beware of tow-away hours.
